It's hard to choose - I really liked the energy class, and the nage II class and the shime II class and the shinnin class and the atemi class...
I really didn't have any duds, and I took away some new principles from each. Still haven't figured out which class was responsible for all the bruises, but they were pretty superficial.

They looked cool. I did not have many this time around. I am sure that will change at the Estes event. Matt also said that it is your turn next to go to the movies :)

So, I figured you guys would beat me here to say what a great convention it was. Even the most basic classes were teaching very advanced concepts, or maybe it's always been that way and I just didn't get it. Even though I try to make it to national, I find I get more instruction at regional. Next year, though, we are going to need more mat space.

It was definately a great time. I always learn so much. Now I just need to go and write some of it down. It is nice to have more 1:1 time with the upper ranks and get to talk with them in a more personal setting as well.

Favorite class?
Did you have a favorite class?
Waza class
I liked the waza class the best. It seems that I have a lot to learn about someone else's center.
Which one did you like best?
